If an order confirmation was sent after the payment process, the payment was successful and the order was placed. 
If there is no order confirmation, an error resulted in the order being canceled. In this case, an amount already debited from the account will be credited to the Xcoser online account. The order can then be repeated and paid with the amount credited, or the amount can be paid out from the Xcoser online account.

International customers from all of the world: We do not assume any costs when returning the package. Please contact your local customs office prior to ordering to familiarize yourself with local customs guidelines.

If the customs authorities in your canton have specific guidelines for handling your parcel, please contact info@xcoser.com and include special instructions. 

Please note that an international post parcel rejected by the customs authority may incur an export fee, which will be deducted from your refund after the parcel has been returned to our warehouse .

If a product is not in stock, the "add to cart" button should indicate "out of stock" or some other situation. If you have already ordered we will send you an email informing you that some products are sold out, but we will put the product back in stock as soon as possible. Payments for overdue orders are paid in advance and are on the waiting list. Subsequent products will be shipped after restocking. Please let the current processing time pass before you receive a shipping notification.

There is no guarantee of the date on which the goods will be refilled. A rough estimate is provided, but we cannot promise when the item will be added (maximum one month). For more information please contact us. 

We do not ship in batches. Orders that have in-stock and post-delivered items will be shipped when the post-delivered item is replenished. The items in stock are always assigned to your order. If you would like to receive the item in stock first, please order it separately.

After logging in, the customer can access the "Account Settings" under his / her personal profile icon at the top right of the page. Here under "Personal data" name and date of birth, email address and password can be changed.

If the old password is still known and is to be changed, the change can be made after logging in on the real page at m.xcoser.com and there under "Account settings - Personal data - Change password".

If the old password is no longer available and a login to the customer account is no longer possible, the "Forgot password?" Function can be used directly below the input field on the login form. After entering the email address stored in the account, an email with an access code and a link will be sent to this address. It is now possible to either enter the code directly in the login form or to follow the link. Then a new password can be set, with which access to the customer account is free again.

If the login to the Xcoser online account does not work, you should first make sure that the email address entered is the same as that entered when you registered on the Xcoser site, email address and password were entered correctly and the shift key was not activated.
